Edamah, the real estate arm of the Bahrain government, has signed an agreement with international restaurant company Bin Hindi Foods Co W.L.L. to become a tenant in the state-of-the-art complex “The Terminal”. Bin Hindi Foods Co will be leasing the largest unit on the second floor of the building and will be debuting their international brand “Enab Beirut” in Bahrain. As one of the most successful Lebanese cuisine franchises, Enab Beirut is currently located in Kuwait, Beirut, Dubai, Cairo and soon in Doha and London (2019). The restaurant serves Lebanese cuisine as set in a traditional Lebanese home. It will be a sanctuary that provides an authentic place for people to gather. Bin Hindi Foods holds the Master Franchise rights for this brand and others in multiple markets. Among the brands they represent is the world renown “Lord of the Wings”.

Strategically located in the vibrant fine dining “Block 338”, Edamah’s “The Terminal” was carefully designed with the aim of providing a full-service solution for visitors to the busiest part of Adliya, bringing together dining, retail, and convenient smart parking all under one roof. The Terminal provides visitors access to over 330 car parking spaces and 10 outlets on a land area of 4,801 square meters.

The Terminal is the latest in a series of recent developments in Bahrain which have contributed to the strong performance of the Bahrain real estate sector, which grew by 7.6% during Q4 2017 due to high demand for residential, tourism and retail developments in the Kingdom.  The landmark building is an emerging pathway focused on developing a culinary hub within the Block 338 area, providing a channel for new businesses and local entrepreneurs that fit within the district. The terminal will house tenants from food magnates and entrepreneurs in Bahrain as well as provide ample carpark spaces that ease parking in the area. This will create time savings while further enhancing visitors’ experience at Block 338.

Mr. Amin Alarrayed, Chief Executive Officer of Edamah said: “We’re pleased to welcome Enab Beirut as an addition to the growing culinary selection available at “The Terminal”. Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Adliya, their Lebanese cuisine will be a welcome addition for locals and tourists in a location growing steadily to become the go-to destination for culture and dining in the Kingdom. We look forward to welcoming more new tenants to what is fast becoming a diverse mix of occupants at the landmark location.

“The Terminal” had recently also signed on FoodFund International in September as another tenant launching a new concept to the Kingdom. The new restaurant, Clay, will be the first of its kind in Bahrain to serve Nikkie Cuisine (Japanese Peruvian).
