Department’s Strategy:
Edamah’s strategy plan is to develop government’s real estate properties and manage them efficiently and effectively by increasing project efficiency by applying value engineering design and integrating green building initiatives into main stream design.
Edamah will put together a build, operate and transfer scheme where they act as developer and landlord to governmental ministries and governmental organizations and then transfer the development to concerned ministries or organization after a given period of time.
Furthermore, the Projects Directorate has decided to plan strategically, re-arrange approaches and activities to achieve better results and timely completion of the following projects:
