Property Management Officer - Property Management
Amana (A wholly owned subsidiary of Edamah) is hiring a Property Management Officer (PMO) who will implement the property management agreement (PMA) signed between AMANA and the client. They will be responsible for the property management services and for assisting with the delivery of the facility management and leasing of the property from the team. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject and a Property Manager License from RERA (or sufficient experience to be able to be immediately RERA registered as a property manager), as well as a minimum of 3 years’ property experience.
Leasing Officer - Property Management
Amana
(A wholly owned subsidiary of Edamah) is hiring a Leasing Officer (LO) who will
be responsible for conducting market research and maintaining all the necessary
documentation to assist with leasing in accordance with the various property
management agreements (PMA) in place for both Edamah’s properties and those
owned by third parties. In many cases the LO will be the first contact
potential tenants will have with Amana and therefore creating the right
impression and professional outlook is critical.
