RETENTION - HOW LONG WE WILL STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary in order for us to fulfill the purposes for which your personal data has been collected as outlined in this privacy notice. When your personal data is no longer required for the purpose it was collected or as required by applicable law, it will be deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorised, accidental or unlawful access, processing, loss, damage or destruction, in accordance with the law.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services). Individual right of objection

You have the right to file an objection, for reasons relating to your special situation, against the processing of personal data pertaining to you.

If you file an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Right of objection to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes

We may process your personal data in order to conduct direct marketing. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

Right of objection to the processing of data that causes harm or distress

  • If the processing for such purpose or in that manner causes substantial and unwarranted harm or distress to you or others.
