With 20 years of experience in the real estate, asset management, and finance industries, and his most recent role as Vice President of Asset Management at Premier Group, Khaled is a seasoned executive who oversaw the successful execution and management of high-profile developments in local and international markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University, Canada and an Executive MBA from the London Business School, United Kingdom. Khaled has demonstrated throughout his notable career a proven track record in pursuing and managing real estate investments, effectively leading project companies and cross-functional teams and implementing innovative strategies.

Shadi Al Azzeh is an experienced real estate development leader with track record in creating great destinations that enriched their communities and tenants. Prior to joining Edamah, Shadi held many leading roles including lately being a Managing Director in Majid Al Futtaim Development in charge of a large portfolio of development projects within the GCC and Middle East. Shadi holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Jordan and holds many leadership and management certificates.

Khurram Nagaria joined Edamah in December 2018 and is currently Chief Financial Officer of Edamah, overseeing the Finance and Treasury functions with a focus on prudent capital risk management and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to strengthen financial discipline and accountability at Edamah. Besides this, his responsibilities include implementing effective financial policies and controls, taxation, and procurement & tendering support, and financial reporting. Khurram has over 25 years of experience in finance & accounting, audit & advisory and statutory reporting services. Prior to joining Edamah, Khurram worked for the real estate developers in the region and the international financial consulting firms, including Emaar Properties, Dubai World, Andersen, PwC and EY. Khurram is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost & Management Accountant, and holds B.Com degree from Pakistan.

Raed Hatem brings more than 29 years of experience in the real estate industry and investment banking. Raed is currently heading the Investment Management Division, managing the investment strategies and Property Management. Prior to Edamah, Raed was assessing international opportunities and managing local portfolios with Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and during his tenor at Arcapita Bank, was managing master-planned developments such as Riffa Views, Bahrain Bay and Victory Heights and was involved in launching a U$ 250M REIT that invested in GCC with a primary focus on KSA. Raed holds MBA from University of South Wales.

Anfal Bushehri joined Edamah in April 2018 and currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Legal department and Board Secretary. Anfal is responsible for managing the Legal division and facilitating legal support and governance within the organization. She has a diversified background in both private practice and inhouse roles. Anfal is a qualified lawyer and holds an LLB (Hons) from Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom.

Dr Fahad Abdulrahman AlSaad is the Head of Strategy and Business Development at Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah). Dr AlSaad brings to his role 20 years of experience in real estate investment and development, investment banking and portfolio management. Prior to joining Edamah, he was a Principal in the Investment Placement at GFH Financial Group and formerly worked in Bahrain Defence Force. He also served as an Assistant Professor in the College of Business at University of Bahrain. Dr AlSaad is a board director in Bahrain Car Park Company (Amakin) and a member of the Government of Bahrain Lands Investment Committee. He previously served as a board director of Southern Tourism Company and Southern Area Development Company. Dr AlSaad holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Liverpool Johns Moores University, UK, a Master of Business Administration from the University of DePaul, USA, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, KSA. Dr AlSaad is a certified commercial arbitrator from the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre.

Basel Sedaif with 20 years of experience in Information Technology and a background that includes strategic planning in Information Technology, infrastructure implementations, ERP analysis, managing Information Technology risks and business continuity plans, as well as establishing full Information Technology cycles tailored to meet business needs. Basel holds a Chartered International Diploma in Management and a Bachelor of Computer Science. He also brings expertise as an ITIL Service Manager, Oracle Finance and Property Manager Functional Administrator.

An international marketing and communications leader with over 30 years’ experience in international communications, branding and marketing. Strong background in banking, bringing a unique combination of leadership, experience and commercial acumen. Nader has a track record of delivering innovative yet commercially viable inclusive and stakeholder aware, communications and marketing solutions to companies.

Saud Al Noaimi has joined Edamah in June 2023 and currently holds the position of Head of Human Capital. Saud has over 13 years of experience in human resources and talent management. His previous experience included being the Head of Human Resources at Bapco Upstream, and Senior HR Representative at Schlumberger across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Saud has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from New York Institute of Technology and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
