Edamah is seeking a Manager to run the Facility Management department. The job role reports to the Head of Property Management and will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the property management agreement (PMA) between Edamah and its clients. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of property experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree. The candidate must also be RERA registered or have sufficient experience to be immediately RERA registered as a facility/property manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee property operations for maintenance, service provider performance, and environmental health and safety.
- Administer maintenance agreements and oversee onsite technicians' work, including remedial works and renovations.
- Continuously assess operations requirements, design the relevant RFPs, and evaluate received proposals related to the Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Conduct inspections, review scopes of work, and provide recommendations for maintenance contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety systems and local building laws.
- Manage the tenant fit-out process, ensuring compliance with design and government approvals.
- Develop and manage the team to ensure high performance and compliance with the PMA.
- Contribute to enhancing the value of the asset by managing operations and expenditure.
- Assist in finance and budgeting processes for property operations and capital expenditure.
- Contribute to business development by promoting Edamah’s services and identifying market opportunities.
