Edamah is seeking a Specialist—Receivables to join its dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Finance. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate invoicing of rents, service charges, promotion charges, and penalties.

Issue non-payment reminders and follow up on payments, including discussing payment plans with delinquent tenants.

Accurately post credits and debits, generate receipts, and verify invoicing against property occupancy.

Produce accurate reports and manage bad debt recovery.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, assisting with legal documentation for delinquent tenants.

Edamah is seeking a Specialist—Finance to join its dynamic team. This role reports directly to the Chief Finance Officer and plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA, CFA are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with reporting standards, rules, regulations, and internal controls.

Prepare cash flow forecast projections and internal valuation reports.

Prepare financial reports per Edamah requirements.

Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial recording, reporting, and analysis.

Prepare and reconcile asset, liability, and equity entries based on KPIs.

Prepare and reconcile income and expense entries based on KPIs.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Edamah is seeking a Senior Specialist—Projects Planner. This job role is responsible for managing project schedules and timelines, along with resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Construction or Project Management or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management professional certification is preferred. The candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and a minimum of five years of professional experience. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools, as well as Primavera, AutoCAD, and other relevant design and construction software.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
Liaise with Development department teams and stakeholders, including regular site visits.
Monitor and adjust project timelines, prepare recovery programs, and mitigation plans to address delays.
Identify and advise on cost and time reduction efforts.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including resource plans, variations, and expenses.

Edamah is looking to hire a Specialist to join the Property Management Department. The job role will be reporting to the Property Manager and will be responsible for the property management services. The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related subject, and RERA property manager license (or sufficient experience to be able to be immediately RERA registered as a property manager).

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing a portfolio of properties, including industrial, commercial, retail or mixed-use building.
Administer all lease agreements including assisting with timely rent reviews, renewals and reporting as per policy on any non-compliance by tenants.
Produce accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports in line with the requirements.
Undertake frequent inspections of all areas of the property as per policy to ensure compliance with the lease agreement including preparation of site inspection reports.
In conjunction with the property FM team, ensure that all maintenance and/or operating agreements are correctly administered, re-tendered, reviewed and audited for suitability regularly.
Monitor performance against budget whilst raising any (likely) budget deviations as appropriate.
Ensure that systems are in place for all rents, service charges, promotion charges, late payment fees or other penalties to be invoiced and collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner.
Provide assistance to the Property Manager and seek guidance when required.

The job reports to the Investment Manager and will be responsible for conducting research and analysis as well as provide support in development of strategic property plans. The role also includes close coordination with the Leasing and Property Management departments to ensure implementation of strategy in line with Company’s budget and overall objectives. The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related subject.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research using appropriate methods and tools
Analyze and interpret data using statistical and qualitative techniques
Assist in development of property strategies and ensuring implementation
Assist in portfolio management of properties operating within different real-estate asset classes
Assist in developing reports for management and other stakeholders

Edamah is seeking an Associate in the Information Technology department. The job role will be reporting to the Head of Information Technology and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various IT functions. The ideal candidate will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology and a minimum of 1 year of experience in help desk support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the helpdesk at Edamah to ensure timely and responsive user support, resolving all user needs and problems efficiently.
Assist new users in obtaining their IT requirements, including hardware/software needs, network connections, and user IDs.
Provide initial training and orientation to new users on Edamah’s systems.
Deal with IT vendors and manage necessary documentation related to vendor relations, including RFPs, requisitions, and payments, reporting to the head of department.

Edamah is currently looking for a Senior Officer (Business Strategist) to join their team.
Key qualifications for the role include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field. 5+ years of experience in business development or research is essential. The candidate should have strong communication skills, critical thinking, leadership, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Edamah is seeking a Senior Manager—Strategy and Business Development. This job role reports to the Head of Strategy & Business Development and will be responsible for business development and strategic initiatives by managing market analysis, deal structuring, government relations, and compliance to drive company growth and achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Masters, Bachelors or Professional Certificate in a related field with at least six years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Coordination: Support business development, management, and reporting.
Business Planning: Aid in creating business plans through research, market analysis, and report generation.
Negotiation Strategies: Develop negotiation strategies by evaluating new ventures' integration, risks, potentials, and partners' needs.
Strategic Initiatives: Work on strategic projects to achieve company goals and attract new business opportunities.
