Assist in managing a portfolio of properties, including industrial, commercial, retail or mixed-use building.
Administer all lease agreements including assisting with timely rent reviews, renewals and reporting as per policy on any non-compliance by tenants.
Produce accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports in line with the requirements.
Undertake frequent inspections of all areas of the property as per policy to ensure compliance with the lease agreement including preparation of site inspection reports.
In conjunction with the property FM team, ensure that all maintenance and/or operating agreements are correctly administered, re-tendered, reviewed and audited for suitability regularly.
Monitor performance against budget whilst raising any (likely) budget deviations as appropriate.
Ensure that systems are in place for all rents, service charges, promotion charges, late payment fees or other penalties to be invoiced and collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner.

The role is also responsible for overseeing the performance of the properties and the assigned third parties, including contractors, consultants, and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage property operations for suitability, maintenance, service provider performance, and environmental health and safety.
Administer maintenance agreements, prepare scopes of work, and oversee tender processes.
Evaluate supplier and contractor proposals, providing recommendations to the property manager.
Receive and address maintenance requests according to procedure.
